I came to the United States from Kyrgyzstan with the same ambition that drives many immigrant entrepreneurs: to build something meaningful and create opportunities for my family and community.

Like many founders, I had to learn how to navigate unfamiliar systems, regulations, and financial requirements while building a career and raising a family. I earned my MBA, became a Certified CFO through Columbia University, and had the privilege of being mentored by leaders from Harvard, Ford, Columbia University, and global organizations. Over more than ten years, I worked in startups, nonprofits, construction, and growing businesses, helping organizations improve their financial operations and make confident decisions.

But my most valuable lessons didn't come from a classroom or corporate office. They came from working alongside business owners and experiencing firsthand the challenges of building a business in a new country.
